Meet Our Community Advocates
Jennifer Carter is a freelance writer and photographer who is passionate about discovering and sharing her great finds in the Cherokee County community, as well as the I-575 “Gateway Corridor.” A veteran of the United States Air Force and a graduate of the University of Georgia, Jennifer has lived in Germany, Italy, and Iceland before settling with her husband and son in Woodstock. Jo is a licensed Realtor with over 8 years of experience in Cherokee County. She loves to give back to her community and is currently a member of the Cherokee Association of Realtors, Preservation Woodstock, Green Prints Alliance Board, City of Woodstock Parks and Recreation Department Advisory Council, Woodstock’s Main Street Board, and is a general Woodstock volunteer. After a 40 year career in broadcasting, Jim Vann is finishing up studies for his paralegal certificate and is a certified dispute resolution specialist. He is a native Georgian and is married to the former Jannis Reece, a native of Woodstock. He is the proud father of two and the grandfather of three. Brad is the managing broker and co-owner of Maxsell Real Estate and founder of REtechSouth. He is also an accomplished commercial agent in the North Atlanta real estate market. Brad serves as the President-Elect for the Cherokee Association of Realtors. Brad enjoys real estate, technology, good music, nice people and dark beer.
